A Frank Lloyd Wright inspired front elevation will be retained and sympathetically extended. A new living area stretches to the north and features a stonework chimney mass.
The ground floor has already been renovated with wet areas and the bedrooms upgraded, and a new large living area will be added. The basement has been extended and the separate flat enlarged.

Stonework and timber shingles retain the original feel of the house.
Some photos of the first stage - upgrades of the wet areas and bedroom area. And another one.
Some serious excavation going on. Looking towards the future kitchen and pantry Excavation for the front steps and patio criss crosses the site.

The stonework takes shape and the house is nearly at lockup And the roof is on.
