The existing house is a charming "Tocumwal" and requires extending and renovating, while retaining its heritage feel. Minimal work is planned for the existing building, with a large extension to the rear of the block.
The present living areas are on the south, so the planning has concentrated on opening up the centre of the house so that it now has a northerly aspect. Bedrooms and the deck open to the private open space on the north of the site.

Heritage details like this astragal will be retained and continued.
The present kitchen will be retained as much as possible.

The extension is marked out and construction is about to begin.
New rooms are beginning to take shape.

The new laundry.

Lots of room for the young ones to play indoors.
