A double garage and minimal disruption to the existing ground floor The bedrooms closer to the front of the house and complying with the Primary Building zone setbacks
Ground floor of the third option, with the kitchen in the centre of the house and all the living areas opening to the north and the back garden The bedrooms are grouped around the northern end of the house
The ground floor is extensively modified with a large double garage and workshop added. Note the staircase which acts as a hinge point where the house geometry changes.
An entire bedroom deck wing and deck is added over the garage. This "contains" the extension and avoids doing much to change to the existing roof.
The elevations are taking shape...... As we work out the structural implications of the sections.
