came up with four design options. This is the first.

The
rear deck has views to the Brindabellas and towards the city.
The existing house is on a battleaxe block, and has
well developed and much used outdoor areas. Our challenge was to
increase the size of the house without limiting or overshadowing
these. Now complete.
