The site plan. Existing trees have been retained where possible and incorporated into the house through large window areas facing the gardens The plan showing major remodelling at the front of the house, new kitchen and living areas at the rear and the garden studio connected to the house by wide decks.
The elevations have been developed to maintain the Tocumwal "look" of the original house. CAD modelling is used to explore the sunlight penetration into the into the living areas

A classic Tocumwal in the heritage precinct of O'Connor, which we propose to sensitively extend to give enough room for a growing family. A large new living area formed at the rear of the house, most of the interior is being remodelled and a studio with decks developed in the rear garden.
