Initial sketch plans	Part of the development will be two storey. A few different structural and cladding systems are being investigated.

The site has a considerable fall which needs to be accommodated.	An early site visit by one of the clients.

The slab and retaining walls are down.	Ready for the steelwork and cladding.

The rear access area nears completion.	The main facade with windows lighting the internal mezzanine office area.

Deep indents in the facade give a street frontage to each of the individual units

A warehouse development with five indvidual units on an interesting block in a new Canberra industrial area. Completed March 2018.
