GOUGER
STREET, TORRENS ACT An extension to an existing house. We had already done a total upgrade of the entrance including gardens, courtyard walls, new steps and entry roof structure. Internal renovations to some of the wet areas were then undertaken, along with rendering and a large rear deck around the swimming pool. |
BUVELOT STREET, WESTON ACT A rear extension to include a courtyard, master bedroom, ensuite, family room and entertaining deck. This house now recieves plenty of natural light from the feature highlight windows.
INKSTER ST, KAMBAH ACT A first level extension, owner built and featuring a 6.5m vaulted ceiling and a music gallery cantilevered over the living area.

PUDNEY STREET, FARRER ACT Renovations to an existing house, with large north facing living areas facing the northern pool area and a new guest room and ensuite on the lower floor. |||
LITTLE BURRA HOUSE, NSW Extensions to an existing country residence high on the ridge above the Burra Valley, with spectacular views to the north and northwest. The young family who own it needed extra living and bedroom space, and undercover attached garage accommodation for cars. Our solution retains the integrity of the original design while adding a feeling of light, airy spaciousness. |

FRED LANE CRESCENT, GORDON ACT Completed in mid 2011, this interesting extension was an "infill" between the existing house and garage which were on slightly different levels. Clerestorey windows bring northern light into the main living area and large windows and doors open them to the private garden at the rear. |
FULLWOOD STREET, WESTON ACT This extension provided much needed extra living space for a young family, and dealt with a tricky sloping block that slopes towards the west on an elevated block in Weston. The views are spectacular but the afternoon sun in summer is a real problem. |

A carport shades the exposed western side, new windows are double glazed, water tanks and PV cells were installed and the kitchen, laundry and entrance modified. |

WAGGA STREET, FARRER ACT Our challenge here is to turn the orientation of an existing very special house so that it got more solar access and related better to the garage and entry of its battleaxe block. We proposed a double volume space with clerestorey windows to provide sunlight into the back area of the house, together with a new informal living area facing north.
GREVILLEA STREET, O'CONNOR ACT Conversion of an existing house to give disabled access for our client. Finished in 2015. |

WAKELIN STREET, WESTON ACT This home had a small kitchen but quite a large living/dining area and a sunroom that wasn't being used to its maximum. We reprogrammed the house to get a better balance. |
KANOOKA STREET, RIVETT ACT ACTEW easements to contend with and a tight battleaxe site. |
SPENSLEY PLACE, WANNIASSA ACT We are gradually reprogramming an existing house to make it more solar friendly and increase its amenity, without really adding to it or changing its basic nature. This project will be ongoing for some time.
INKSTER STREET SUNROOM, KAMBAH ACT A sunroom squeezed behind the front setback gives northern and eastern sun in a new living area for this home. It will serve as a semi-attached studio space with separate street access. |
